Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.  Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights and dimensions may vary slightly. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website, however colours may well look different depending on customers’ monitors being used and we cannot be held liable for any slight differences in shades to actual delivered products.

Ordering Goods

All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance. When confirmation of a customer’s order is received, this is to indicate that Sun Leisure Ltd has received the order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between the customer and Sun Leisure Ltd. We will indicate acceptance of the customer’s order, and hence a contract between the customer and Sun Leisure Ltd, when we send an invoice to the customer (or when we dispatch goods to the customer).  We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.

Availability

All products are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as practically possible when goods ordered are not in stock. We will offer an alternative colour or similar product or advise when the ordered product will be back in stock.
