To all at Sun Leisure   Thanks firstly for selling us a first class gazebo at the New Forest Show a few years back. It’s seen great service and when we’re at events it’s the envy of many. Easy to store and transport, sturdy and quick to put up and take down. Luckily we’ve got a nice place to dry it out after use and keep it in good condition   Secondly, thanks for making spares reasonably priced and for the quality of service and despatch. Replaced some poles today and it was a breeze.   Thirdly, thanks for making a product that is so easy to service and replace damaged poles (only happened when we lent it to somebody else)   So, great product, great design and great service   Thanks to you all and wishing you continued deserved success   Best regards   Barry

Purchased a shelter from Sun Leisure 5 years ago - great quality, but due to my own carelessness it was damaged last week. Outstanding customer service delivered me a replacement leg for the canopy and we are back to looking like new. Product and after-sales rarely seen in today's market.. Thank you Faye!

We needed a gazebo for a Winter Wonderland show we were doing and had seen Sun Leisure gazebo's at the International Agility Festival so decided to invest in one.I called and spoke to a very helpful man called Chris, he went through everything with me and even price matched the gazebo which was fantastic. I called him on the Thursday evening and our gazebo was printed and delivered by the following Thursday and in my opinion, that is blooming good service. My dad and I put the gazebo up at the show and it was very easy. One thing we will need to invest in are some proper iron weights as the wind at the show was extremely fierce - but luckily with a lot of sand bags, water bottles etc, our gazebo stayed put and didn't take off!

Thank you very much for the prompt delivery of the two 3m x 6m heavy duty shelters. Your services and helpfulness was great and we look forward to delivery of the navy blue sides in due course.

We purchased a gazebo from you at the recent Hampton Court Flower show. I just wanted to say how delighted we are with it and your service. The quality is excellent and it arrived by courier within a couple of days.

The gazebo, with its strong straps, withstood everything. Everybody on our camp site was amazed as all other gazebo type structures had to be dismantled or were destroyed. We bought the Pro-Tex 4.5m x 3m which enabled us to erect it in minutes, it was a very wind swept venue which was a major advantage, with the added advantage of giving us a very professional look to our business in front of a large number of VIP’s from over 23 countries.

Just to let you know they were delivered just after I received your email and they are fantastic thank you again and I would just like to say the gentleman I met at the Royal Highland Show was very helpful this year when I saw him and also last year as this is the only reason I found your shelters.

Many thanks for the replacement curtains - these arrived yesterday and fit. I'm relieved! Your service in sorting out these teething problems has been excellent and I hope the original set got back to you ok via City Link. I'm afraid it never occurred to me that you'd put another set of pegs in with the new curtains, so I didn't pack the original set to send back.

The service I have received from Sun Leisure has been fantastic. I received my 3m gazebo within 2 days of ordering and the after sales service after I had a minor problem corrected my issue in an extremely polite and courteous manner with an immediate resolution. At Xmas I bought their very useful trolley, I lost one of the black plastic sticks that holds it together and they immediately sent me a replacement FREE OF CHARGE + then bizarrely the next day the bottom of the trolley split making it pretty useless. I phoned up, spoke to Nika and I just had to send a photo to show what was wrong and now she is sending me a new trolley FREE OF CHARGE! I am so impressed with this fab service.

He was also most helpful, in terms of cost and comparisons of the other Companies products (without being critical) from whom I had already obtained information. I am considering a fold away shelter for myself and possibly for our Club, as an alternative (in certain circumstances, smaller venues) to the large and heavy marquis that we currently use. We have a busy time ahead of us just now, clearing up after the show before we travel to the Isle of Man for the Classic TT and then traveling down to the Laverda international the following weekend after our return. I am sure that there will be several question that I may need to ask in the near future, but I just thought that it would be nice for your Company to receive some positive feedback from the show. We are all aware of the cost of attending such events, but meeting your staff face to face and seeing the products first hand is so very much different than trolling the Internet.

I just wanted to email both to thank you SO SO SO much for the artwork & the shelter, I have attached a photo of it as I put it up today! (Or rather attempted to put it up! - I apologise Rob, I think I have forgotten how to do it correctly!). It had arrived on Monday like you said, but a family member of mine didn't let me know and didn't think it was the canopy as it came in such a small box!! It was packed SO well, and folded so small - I don't think I could ever re-pack it like that! I am so delighted with it I just cannot express myself in words! All I can say is please visit my facebook page (and 'like' it you enjoy it!) so that you can see some of the animals that you have indirectly helped, because with the help of you both, I can raise more funds for their care & rehabilitation!!!
